Michelle is an agent with skilled negotiating techniques and offers business national and international exposure.

As a buyer’s and seller’s agent at Charter One Realty in Bluffton, SC, Michelle is committed to offering her clients the highest quality representation and professionalism, superb customer service, and individualized marketing strategies while meeting their needs. Michelle’s personable and professional character allows her to build and maintain solid relationships.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Michelle studied for her Appraiser’s license. Then, in 2002, she became a licensed Real Estate Agent and worked for Trademark Properties in Charleston, SC. In 2005, Michelle moved to the Outer Banks of North Carolina, where she became a Broker and worked for Boddie-Noell Enterprises, one of the largest privately held real estate development companies in North Carolina. She focused on high–end residential sales. Michelle moved back to the Lowcountry in 2006 and works for Charter One Realty.
